Each application is researched, drafted and submitted by your named Vantage pair. Includes funder assessment framework review, evidence base audit, full application drafting, one client review round, submission management, and outcome tracking. The free funding audit is included before the first application.
All retainer packages include the free funding audit, the complete funder landscape map, rolling pipeline management, and your named senior bid-writer and funding researcher. Prices are per month, minimum three months.
Minimum retainer engagement: three months. This is the minimum time needed for the funder landscape to be mapped, the first applications to be submitted, and early outcome data to return. All retainer packages include the initial funder landscape map and evidence library build at no additional charge. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
Some standards are not features. Every Vantage client, at every price point, receives these as a baseline commitment.
You are introduced to your senior bid-writer and your funding researcher at the audit. The same two people manage your applications throughout the engagement — no account management layer, no handoff, no junior team member managing your most important funding relationships.
No package is recommended and no proposal is submitted before the free 45-minute funding audit. If the audit tells us your organisation is not a good fit for Vantage at this stage, we will say so. The audit is genuinely useful to you regardless of what you decide afterwards.
We will tell you before we write an application if we think the funder is unlikely to award. Spending 30 hours on an application to the wrong funder is 30 hours not spent on one where you have a genuine shot. Knowing which funders are worth pursuing is at least half of what you are paying Vantage for.
