Every Quorum package includes a named senior sector partner and a named digital community specialist. The packages differ in capacity, event frequency and reporting depth — not in the quality of the people managing your community.
Minimum engagement: three months. This is the minimum time needed to establish the foundations, activate the community and produce the first meaningful engagement data. All packages include the platform audit and community setup at no additional charge. Prices are per community, per month, exclusive of VAT.
Some things are not a premium feature. Every Quorum community, at every package level, receives these as a baseline.
You are introduced to your senior partner and your digital specialist at the audit stage. The same two people manage your community throughout the engagement. There is no account management layer, no rotation, and no handoff to a junior team member.
Before we ask you to commit to a package, we audit your existing community. If the audit tells us you need something other than what Quorum provides, we will say so. No community leaves an audit without an honest read of where they are and what they need.
Every monthly report includes the engagement metrics that correlate most directly with member renewal. You will be able to show your board not just how active your community is, but what that activity is worth in renewal terms.
